These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the InternCrew website. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you are under 18, you may use the site and submit an interest form only with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian. If you use the site on behalf of a business, school, or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Informational nature of the site

This site provides general information about InternCrew and its programs. Submitting a form or contacting us does not create an employment relationship, a placement, or a contract. No placement, employment, number of hours, or result is guaranteed. Placements, employment with InternCrew as employer of record, and host employer relationships are governed by separate written agreements and onboarding documents. If those agreements conflict with these Terms, they control.

Accounts and submissions

If you create an account or submit information to us, you agree to:

• provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated;
• keep any login credentials confidential and tell us about unauthorized use;
• submit only information you have the right to share, including information about others.

We may contact you about your submission and may decline any inquiry or application.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• impersonate any person or misstate your affiliation;
• submit false information or information about someone without their permission;
• interfere with the site's security or operation, or try to gain unauthorized access;
• scrape, copy, or harvest content or personal information from the site;
• upload malware or send spam.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including the InternCrew name, logo, text, graphics, and design, belong to InternCrew or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our trademarks without our written permission.

The site may link to websites or services operated by others, such as partner organizations. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, InternCrew disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Information on the site is general and is not legal, tax, or HR advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InternCrew and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you. This section does not limit obligations in any separate placement or employment agreement.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InternCrew and its officers, employees, and partners from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the effective date when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or end access to the site, or any part of it, at any time, including for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
